I build systems that make open source sustainable.My work sits at the intersection of governance, economics, and engineering. I focus on how open-source ecosystems actually function at scale: funding flows, accountability, contributor incentives, risk management, and long-term maintenance. I work with foundations, analytics providers, and governance bodies to operationalize open governance rather than theorize it.I operate in the Chief Open Source Officer function, whether or not the title exists. That role aligns contribution models, legal and compliance constraints, funding mechanisms, and human systems into a single operating model.
