Hands-on Expansion & Operations Team Leader in Start-up/Scale-up environment in the e-Mobility space with 5 years of experience in cross-functional projects. After starting my career in Business Development and gaining some additional experience in Procurement I joined TIER as a fast growing company at an early stage and scaled infrastructure projects across the group. Launched new markets for TIER and completed the roll out of innovative charging infrastructure in 350+ markets and 19+ countries for 200k+ vehicles. Pioneered as project lead for the development of smart battery charging cabinets. Achieved operational efficiency gains by establishing a network of strategic partnerships for charging hubs.
