For over 15 years, I’ve led strategic initiatives across the nonprofit, education, and social impact sectors, always with people at the center. Whether guiding a team through transformational change, co-creating programs with community partners, or building trust across complex stakeholder groups, I lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose. My strength lies in connecting the big picture to the human experience, translating strategy into action, and action into measurable, meaningful change. I’ve scaled programs, reimagined systems, and driven cross-sector collaboration that moves the needle on equity and access. But at every stage, it’s been the relationships—the shared vision, mutual respect, and deep listening—that turn good ideas into real and lasting outcomes. I’m seeking opportunities to partner with mission-driven organizations ready to grow their impact by investing in people, purpose, and long-term transformation. 1. Vice President of Program

   The Future Project

   Oct 2019 — Present

   As Vice President of Program, I have led our team in the transition to online programming to support 3k+ students and young leaders globally. Our team rapidly responded to the pandemic to support through 100+ sessions in self-efficacy, goal setting and student voice, with 80% of young people participating reporting higher levels of motivation, success and happiness. I also oversee partnerships with 5 schools districts across the country, as well key partnerships like with The Kauffman Foundation to student district-wide what student-led education reform in the Kansas City area.
