Leading the production, quality, purchasing, logistics and service department at Dispendix- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability- Implement continuous improvement practices (e.g, Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and eliminate waste- Manage and mentor operational staff. Ensure alignment with company goals and foster a collaborative working environment- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of employees within the operations department- Manage the entire supply chain, from sourcing to delivery. Ensure that all stages of the supply chain are optimized for cost, speed, and reliability- Negotiate contracts with suppliers ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards- Oversee inventory control, making sure that stock levels are optimized to meet demand without unnecessary excess- Oversee operational budgets, ensuring that the company’s resources are used efficiently to maximize profitability- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement changes without compromising service quality or operational efficiency- Regularly report operational performance to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
