An enthusiastic leader and project manager with experience of implementing IT solutions, handling risk and adopting different methodologies. Change and procedure management has been fundamental to some roles, forging structures for teams to adopt. Adding value to projects, after 6 years+ employed as an Army Officer, with 2 years+ previous experience as a Reservist Officer including duties in Afghanistan. A sound record in leadership and management, including qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute, Scrum Master, ITIL and PRINCE2. Managed over 100 individuals when delivering Royal Artillery training in an Ofsted regulated environment. Able to work under pressure, with strong mental resilience determined from airborne training as part of the British Army Air Assault Brigade. Also had the privilege to help deliver part of that training, after becoming qualified. The most important part of it all, however, is the ability to integrate and work well with others, recognising value in all.
