I\'ve been a strategy and management consultant since 2013, mostly in the financial services industry. Throughout my career, I have advised almost all German insurers as well as several multinational insurance groups and other financial services firms (incl. Banks). My experience covers a broad range of topics from operational effectiveness and customer value management to organization & governance redesign and digital / IT transformation.
