WORK HISTORY
Founder Owner @Total Athlete Training
Riverton, UT, US
Welcome! I\'m Christian Sandoval, a dedicated professional based in Utah with a passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential. Originally from San Antonio, TX, I’ve devoted my life to serving others, beginning with my decades-long military career, which I retired from in 2014. During my final year of service, I discovered a profound passion for athletic performance and life coaching while volunteering as a strength and conditioning coach at a local high school. I hold two master\'s degrees: a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University and a Master of Science in Sports and Health Sciences with a focus on Human Performance from American Military University (AMU). My academic journey reflects my deep commitment to personal growth and expertise, with additional graduate certificates in Life Coaching, Neuroleadership, and Executive Coaching from AMU. In 2019, after years of hands-on experience and rigorous academic training, I launched Total Athlete Training (TAT), a comprehensive athletic performance business. TAT provides private strength and conditioning services, performance nutrition counseling, and human performance optimization tailored to the unique needs of each client. My methodologies, honed through countless hours of research, coaching, and practical application, are designed to inspire exceptional results.Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of coaching a diverse clientele, ranging from K-12 students and collegiate athletes to seasoned professionals and executives. My 14+ years of coaching experience, which began in the military across various leadership roles, have provided me with invaluable insights into human performance, resilience, and organizational excellence.
