The Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) role is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current Restaurant knowledge by training Team Members in both new and Chick-fil-A, Inc-Owned Restaurants. Skill Development: FTS expand their skills in training, leadership and operations. Diverse Experiences: By traveling to various locations, FTS gain exposure to new challenges and cultures. Community Building: Building relationships with fellow FTS fosters a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. Leadership Preparation: FTS can often serve as a stepping stone to the LDP, preparing individuals for greater leadership responsibilities.
