I’m a results-driven Project and Program Manager with over two decades of progressive leadership experience spanning the U.S. Air Force and autonomous vehicle operations at Waymo. My career is defined by delivering complex, high-impact projects that optimize safety, operational readiness, and performance across large-scale, technical environments.At Waymo, I led multi-site operations overseeing fleets of 500+ electric and autonomous vehicles—managing full project lifecycles from facility build-outs and vendor integration to preventive maintenance planning and performance optimization. My initiatives consistently improved fleet availability, reduced downtime, and exceeded service-level agreements, driving measurable operational efficiency.Prior to that, I served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, where I honed expertise in risk management, safety systems, and large-team leadership, successfully managing multi-million-dollar maintenance projects and process improvement initiatives under high-stakes conditions.I’m passionate about leveraging structured methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and EHS/OSHA compliance frameworks to deliver scalable, safe, and efficient solutions.
