Most people choose either a technical path or a commercial one. I’ve spent the last 11 years at QT9 Software proving that you can master both. My journey began as the company’s first Implementation Specialist, where I spent years \"in the weeds\" mapping complex business processes for Medical Device and Pharma companies to ensure 100% compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. That technical foundation became my \"secret weapon\" when I transitioned into sales, allowing me to speak the language of quality managers and engineers. As the foundational Sales Lead, I partnered with the founder/president of QT9 to build a high-velocity sales engine that drove over 70% year-over-year growth. Today, I serve as the Channel Partner Manager, where I am architecting our global Partner Program from the ground up—expanding our footprint across the US and into the EMEA market. Beyond the spreadsheets and CRM, I’m passionate about thought leadership. As the creator and host of the \"QT9 Q-Cast,\" I interview industry veterans to demystify digital transformation and quality standards.
