As the Lead for Spaceflight Safety within the Pivot SDA Program, I work under the U.S. Space Force Strategic Advisor for Space Domain Awareness (SDA) to accelerate the integration of new space capabilities into operations. My role focuses on aligning strategy, policy, training, technology, and resources to deliver rapid solutions that strengthen Combat Power, Battle Management, and Command & Control. • Strategic Integration: Spearheaded collaboration between the U.S. Space Force and the Department of Commerce’s Office of Space Commerce, aligning civil, commercial, and military efforts in space traffic management, satellite communications, and global partnerships. • International Engagement: Acted as International Liaison for Spaceflight Safety, coordinating with 50+ foreign governments and aerospace entities to harmonize orbital safety standards and mitigate debris risks. • Doctrine Development: Co-authored Joint Doctrine with senior U.S. Space Command leaders to institutionalize operational frameworks, commercial integration strategies, and combined defense postures for national security space operations. • Cross-Agency Leadership: Fostered collaboration across military, civil, and commercial stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment of commercial capabilities with defense and space policy directives. • Commercial Operations Integration: Served as Technical Advisor for Joint Commercial Operations (JCO), leading efforts to operationalize commercial capabilities within national security missions to enhance resilience and Space Domain Awareness.
