ABOUT CHRISTIAN PERRY
As the Director of Campus Community, and Belonging at Franklin & Marshall College, I lead initiatives to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect. With over three years of experience in this role, I have developed and implemented strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the college community. I have also collaborated with faculty, staff, and students to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.Prior to joining Franklin & Marshall College, I served as the Director of Popel Shaw Center for Race & Ethnicity at Dickinson College, where I managed programs and events that addressed issues related to race and ethnicity. I also held the position of Assistant Director of Popel Shaw Center for Race at Dickinson College, where I supported the center\'s mission and goals. I hold a Master\'s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. I am passionate about creating a more inclusive and equitable society, and I am committed to using my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact.
