Responsible for providing pro-active support and leadership to a team of Managers, Co-ordinators, Engineers, and Layout Designers driving strategy and operational efficiencies to ensure delivery of projects on time, to budget and quality standards. Leading the technical development of 23 residential sites totalling over 3,500 plots. Controlling the design process, from detailed design through to project completion for technical and master planning matters, using a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
