Leading the AI department, including strategy, portfolio development, and staffing of AI initiatives• Building and positioning CANCOM’s end-to-end AI portfolio – from use case identification to production-grade enterprise solutions• Designing and delivering enterprise AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, AIoT) across cloud and on-prem environments• Owning the technical architecture and implementation of scalable AI applications, including full-stack solutions and AI platformsDesigning scalable AI infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments, including precise GPU memory orchestration, compute sizing, and high-performance interconnects.Optimizing inference stacks using NVIDIA AI Enterprise (NIMs, TensorRT-LLM, NeMo), vLLM, and open-source models (Qwen, Nemotron), with a rigorous focus on FLOPs utilization, VRAM efficiency, and TCO.Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, translating complex hardware requirements and business needs into executable, cost-optimized AI strategies.
