ABOUT CHRISTIAN NAVARRO
Hello! I am currently pursuing my degree as a Biological Science major at the University of California, Santa Barbara. With extensive hands-on research experience and proficiency in data analysis using R and Stata, I specialize in biostatistics and statistical modeling. My background includes contributing to research projects, performing advanced statistical analyses, and managing data using tools like Excel and Google Sheets. Over this past summer, I interned at the Keck School of Medicine’s Alzheimer\'s Therapeutic Research Institute in San Diego. I conducted detailed statistical analyses to understand site-specific variations in Alzheimer’s disease trials. In my current role as a research assistant at the Health Innovation Lab, I actively contribute to biometrics research at UCSB, with a particular emphasis on integrating biometrics into healthcare.
