   Gameplan Coaching is personalized, engaging, and affordable college and career coaching focused not just on answering the \"Where\" of after high school but the \"Why\".Every year, thousands of high school and college students repeat the mistakes of classes before them. 75% of students change their major adding time and cost to graduation. Only 25% of students at four-year universities graduate in four years. Countless graduates are underemployed. Yet year after year, we ask high school seniors who have very little exposure to career exploration to the roll the dice (to the tune of and hope they figure it out. This is madness. As a career coach, I provide students a fun, student-centered, and honest approach to career development. Fun conversation, validation of the emotions, conversations with experts, lifelong resources, personal practices, professional development, etc - all are brought into a curriculum designed to make students optimistic, strategic, and pro-active about life after graduation.
