I’m currently working as a Research Analyst at JLL in Nashville, where I’m focused on telling the story behind the data in commercial real estate, while building strong relationships and fostering lasting connections.With a background in Data Analytics and Economics from Denison University, I’ve built experience in predictive modeling, risk assessment, and market analysis. Prior to JLL, I developed a strong foundation in Real Estate and Community Association Insurance, where I learned how to think critically and communicate clearly to a wide range of audiences. As a Co-Captain and Senior Leader of the Men’s Swimming and Diving Team, I\'ve competed at the highest collegiate level as a student-athlete on Denison\'s Swimming and Diving team. I developed strong communication and lateral leadership skills by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and gritty discipline that helped lead our team to win the 2025 NCAA Division National Championship.I am always open to connecting with professionals in commercial real estate, residential real estate, financial services, and data analytics. I am especially interested in conversations and studies focused on real estate market research, development, or valuation.
