Filmed shows in various places on the ship via camera broadcasting live on the local RC television channel Switched multiple shows live and pre-recorded for RCTV channels Recorded the cruise director and the cruise activity manager daily for the morning show Edited the morning show everyday as well as recording it to store and add it to the schedule. Worked with the theater department and head to help with rehearsals as well as recording their production shows. Made sure all cables were connected and working properly before any show run by our department was to begin. Connected the teradact to the camera and routed switcher to start live shows. Distributed copies of shows to hosts and other affiliates Reset the cruise clock, schedules, reset the course map, adding blanks, copying shows, formatting hyper deck, channel check Trained the new Media Specialist upon arrival until the end of the contract. Routed channels as needed in certain situations. Troubleshoot technical issues around the ship. Live switched shows for theater department and guest talent
