Serve as Project Director and owner’s representative for large-scale green hydrogen and green ammonia developments in Latin America, leading projects from early development through FEED completion and FID readiness.Hold accountability for overall project governance, development strategy, CAPEX optimization, and execution planning, including EPC/EPCI contracting strategies, value engineering, and risk allocation.Lead multi-disciplinary initiatives delivering material CAPEX and LCOA reductions, strengthening project viability and investment readiness for capital-intensive assets.Serve as a senior project-side interface with port authorities, state and federal governments, utilities, financiers, OEMs, and EPC contractors, working closely with Government Affairs to align technical, commercial, and execution matters.Negotiate and structure BOO agreements, utilities supply, water sourcing, and ammonia storage and export infrastructure, including port and logistics interfaces.Regularly support SteerCo, executive management, and lenders with integrated technical, commercial, and risk assessments to enable informed investment decisions.Operate within multinational, multicultural environments, applying execution discipline and stakeholder alignment consistent with large-scale energy, LNG, and petrochemical projects.
