ABOUT CHRISTIAN MACELLARI
In his current role of Chief Investment Officer, Christian is responsible for managing a team of Acquisitions professionals and sourcing and underwriting multifamily acquisitions and dispositions for RSN Property Group as well as managing the capital markets process for investments. The fund invests in multifamily assets across the Sun Belt region of the United States with a specific focus on value creation through asset repositioning strategies. Investment strategies include value-add, core-plus, core and strategic development opportunities in geographies exhibiting strong demographic fundamentals. Christian is also an active member of the Fort Lauderdale community having served on the City of Fort Lauderdale\'s Budget Advisory Board working on various public capital projects affecting the long-term viability of the city. Christian earned his Masters in Real Estate and Finance Degree from Georgetown University and his BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
