ABOUT CHRISTIAN LOPEZ

I was born in the San Fernando Valley to hard-working immigrant parents, I spent my summers & weekends working at my father\'s landscape company servicing luxury properties. While my classmates were off enjoying their summer, I was sweating in the scorching San Fernando heat. During this time I developed a fascination with how people become financially free and build wealth. I also now understood what hard work means. After high school, I became an automotive technician for Jaguar, where I had the opportunity to meet amazing people & even work on the cars of celebrities. However, during the peak of the Van Nuys summer heat, working in the garage reminded me of those summer days working in landscaping with my dad. When the 2008 market crash hit, our industry slowed and some of my colleagues got laid off. That scared me and I knew I needed to find something more secure. Soon enough I enrolled in college for a Bachelor\'s Degree in Project Management. Shortly after, I started to work for the Technical Project Team at Princess Cruises & later, accepted a position with SoCal Gas as a Project Manager. I started real estate investing at the age of 24 and quickly accumulated 3 income properties in under 10 years. That was a huge personal accomplishment because I came from a family that didn\'t know much about investing. I started to apply some financial strategies that I teach to people and acquired some more assets that provide passive income. My journey excites me to teach others that are seeking growth and new opportunities. My passion is to teach others and grow with them. My mission is to lower the poverty level by 10% in America. I believe by educating people on how to use money as a tool and how to succeed in their careers will help this ambitious mission!
