I am a true people manager. My favorite part of every job I have ever done, is making my customers and employees happy. I truly believe that if you take care of your people, then they will take care of our customers. I have been a manager in several different businesses. I have often been the guy that recruits, hires, orientates, trains, schedules, and administers weekly payroll. Performing these tasks well, leads to productive crew. Happy employees are very loyal.
