ABOUT CHRISTIAN LENKEIT

My academic background is \"applied Media Science\". Over the years, this solid foundation in methods and statistics has been enriched by Project Management, Team-Management, Communication, Change Management, Conflict Management, agile Methods, intercultural Competences & several Leadership-Trainings and related certificates. Professional Work-experience from 15+ years in various Management functions and leadership roles in the digital Market- and Media Research Area - always with a focus on IT solutions - add to my profile. Looking back on my Career track, I successfully proved to be able manage a high degree of \"Pioneer-Workload\" in a startup environment as well as international digital units in a globally operating enterprise. Leading intercultural and crossfunctional (also virtual) teams in a matrix organisation and being responsible for significant budgets became a natural task. Offshoring / outsourcing through Service Centers from my POV is a mandatory asset these days to stay competitive. New opportunities which require a high level of flexibility, an open mind, agile values as a core, smart and integrated processes but also a clear focus make my job worthwhile. In the end, it is not about the challenge, it is about the people! Focus on the strenghts of your team-mates and you will add value and achieve excellence.
