I moved devices from a current Nexthink configuration, I led the change management process and testing phase to deployment. Configured the progress dashboard and completed the task with in three weeks. Nexthink - Moogsoft configuration and integration with alerting and deployment. Nexthink - Email digest and configuration with delivery of summery of reports. Nexthink - Enable Green IT module, MDS Networking issue data capture to ServiceNOW, Device Temperature - Remote action for ACT Nexthink L1 checklist configuration (Meeting with Shareholders to get the list of needs and configure and deploy remote actions for Service Desk Nexthink L2 checklist configuration (Meeting with shareholders to get the list of needs and configure and deploy remote actions for Desktop Support Agents.
