I became the Director of IT for Nebraska Cancer Specialist in 2016. Providing strategic oversight of regional information technology activities, IT committees and working with IT service units across 8 locations. I bring 25 years of experience in the field of information technology with diverse background in both corporate and healthcare settings. Extensive experience in support desk, security, infrastrucure, and enterprise computing, as well as telecommunications. Currently I oversee the Information Services and Technology department as well as set IT direction and coordinate infrastructure and service delivery across the company. Responsible for IST units which support enterprise applications, enterprise data, research support, clinical support, user support, infrastructure, and communications. Previously I spent almost 10 years as the lone IT department for a privately owned manufacturing company before transitioning to healthcare. I use my experience to build relationships between IT an management. I believe that IT, properly managed is a driving force in a business. Providing the tools and stability for employees and the business to perform at its best.
