ABOUT CHRISTIAN KOETTING
In my role, I oversee the performance and strategic development of manufacturing sites across APAC and EMEAI, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. I place a strong emphasis on maintaining Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards to promote compliance, sustainability, and the well-being of all employees and stakeholders.My responsibilities include optimizing inventory levels, managing Days on Hand (DOH), and improving cash flow to drive operational efficiency and enhance financial performance. I am also accountable for CapEx and investment planning processes, footprint optimization, and leading manufacturing expansion initiatives to support global growth.A key focus of my work is developing standard KPIs and implementing Leadership Standard Work to ensure consistency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across all operations. Leveraging my Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt expertise, I drive productivity improvements and refine Sales and Operations Planning (S & OP) processes to achieve operational excellence. My ultimate goal is to deliver sustainable, measurable improvements across global manufacturing operations while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
