In my time as a master student, I found that nothing satisfies me more than creating new insights in the field of sales, marketing and digital innovations by using structured but still creative approaches. Therefore, after almost eight years of professional experience, I have decided to advance research that not only generates new knowledge for science but is also relevant for practice. I am especially concerned with topics in the field of online marketing such as digital customer journeys, customer touchpoints and digital nudging and I am looking forward to exchanging knowledge on corresponding issues.
