I transform complex challenges into elegant, intuitive solutions: the kind where users think “of course it works this way, how else would it work?”For the past 20+ years, I’ve been a product thinker working in finance and operations roles. At ADP, I’m product owner for an enterprise platform serving users, leading everything from ideation and UX design to roadmap planning and rollout. The result: a system that enables data-driven investment decisions and captured over $0.5B in value by fundamentally changing how the organization approaches product investments.I also provide strategic and financial leadership for ADP’s generative AI program, develop business cases for product acquisitions (including Sora, a workflow orchestration platform), and create business cases and product strategies for next-generation offerings like Lyric (ADP’s HCM platform) and Roll (an AI-powered payroll app for small businesses).What drives me: I’m a natural systems thinker who loves organizing complexity. I see patterns others miss, design workflows that feel obvious, and build with the patience to get things right. My engineering background (Computer & Communications Engineering from AUB) taught me to think architecturally. My finance experience taught me to think strategically. But my passion has always been product - envisioning what should exist and making it real.My product philosophy: Inspired by Japanese design principles (monozukuri, wabi-sabi) and Apple’s craft-first approach, I believe constraints drive better design and simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. I excel at root-cause analysis, creating opinionated product visions, and bridging the gap between “what should we build” and “how do we make it real.”I’m passionate about craft-focused product development where design excellence and systematic thinking drive competitive advantage.
