With over 25 years of experience in consulting, publishing, and IT, I am currently in a position to provide consulting services across a broad domain working with the executive team to further drive the value, and efficiency of an organization while keeping the focus on their most valuable assets, their people. Before stepping into consulting, I was the VP of People Operations at FSC Edge, a company that integrates AI technologies, case management tools, and augmented operators to optimally process patent documents quickly and accurately. I am responsible for leading this great organization in the areas of compliance and training, facility management and growth, and technology as part of the largest program the company has ever taken on: a multi-year agreement with the USPTO that could be worth up to $1.4B. Before joining FSC Edge, I held senior positions at Flatirons Jouve, Pearson Education, and McGraw-Hill Education, where I led strategic initiatives around digital asset management, content management, and custom publishing. I have a passion for creating innovative digital and blended learning programs that deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. I also have a strong background in web content management, content strategy, and content lifecycle solutions, especially in verticals such as aerospace, finance, and publishing.
