My wife is a brain surgeon. She inspired me to look for opportunities to work in healthcare. Best decision ever.I spend my time working with the best team (you won\'t find better people than those that work at a children\'s hospital) using data and analytics to improve the outcomes of the women and children we care for at Texas Children\'s.I\'ve had the invaluable experiences of working on the provider side, the payer side, AND being a patient family - I\'ve spent weeks with my wife and children in the intensive care unit. The work my team does is personal to myself and my family.Because of my experience, I\'m passionate about innovation in healthcare; value based care, data driven decision making, and supporting the incredible clinical staff that care for our patients and their families.
