Senior Inventory Manager - Allocation Replenishment Demand Forecasting Omni Assortment Planning @Kohl's

Lead team of 2 Managers and 7 Senior Analysts to optimize inventory levels across 1,200 stores and all digital platforms. Oversee allocation, replenishment, size, localization strategy, systems training, upgrades toll outs and store communications. Own inventory management for all new stores, closing sores and reallocations. Establish and monitor goals for Key Performance Indicators. Conduct monthly meetings with territory managers and district managers to plan and strategize inventory levels across segments of the business. Notable Achievements: Currently rolling out Assortment Planning System integrating all upstream and downstream systems to create maximum automation across all merchandise functions. Drove implementation of JDA Demand Forecasting system across multiple downstream systems to better leverage inventory placement. Successfully developed, implemented, supported, and trained new (in house) allocation and size systems to 160 users. Oversaw rollout of Localization and Macro Space Analysis tool that enabled teams to drive unique assortments by store. Currently developing long term vision to automate all inventory management systems ultimately creating one central team of experts.
