Collaborate with budget owners worldwide to work on forecast updates and annual operating plan. » Maintain regular cadence with business partners for monthly budget vs actual analysis, head count reporting and reconciliation, expense forecast updates and annual operating plan. » Create monthly review files for non-sales departments and CFO (incl G&A, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales) using OfficeConnect, Google sheets, and/or Excel. » Trained employees, creating documentation that has become the company standard for onboarding FP & A employees.
