ABOUT CHRISTIAN HOLLACHER

I am a highly motivated individual with profound interdisciplinary skills in business administration, management, mechanical engineering, and law. In April 2024, I joined KION\'s Central Technology Organization as a Project Manager for Lifecycle Management in the field of New Energy. My major projects involve deriving strategic actions from upcoming European regulations, consulting across the entire organization regarding these new frameworks, and driving forward the strategic sustainability actions for future battery projects, with reporting up to the C-Level of the company. In addition to this, I am passionate about communication and leading projects to future success.Prior to this, I joined KION\'s international management trainee program in 2022 with a specialization in New Energy. This specialization underlines my passion for innovative and disruptive technologies. By working on several projects in different global locations, I was able to contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the KION Group in the area of New Energy. Through fruitful mentorship and regular reporting to the C-Level of the company, I was able to acquire leadership skills even at an early stage.I have a proven track record of working successfully overseas and within different cultures, having already worked twice in the U.S. for different major companies. I am passionate about exploring new cultures and working in diverse environments, as I believe it is crucial to becoming a well-rounded professional and leader in today\'s globalized world. My previous international experience has allowed me to develop a unique perspective and skillset which is necessary to build on in the future.
