ABOUT CHRISTIAN GROHGANZ

Shaping the future means taking responsibility - with experience, attitude and technology. I have been working at the interface between technology, society and politics for over 25 years. As a lawyer, as a managing director in AI and software development, as the founder of several companies, as a politically active person, consultant, speaker and moderator. I have helped build eCommerce platforms, been responsible for media projects, managed agencies, supported XR and 3D projects and developed digital products from idea to implementation. But above all, I have learned: Technology is not an end in itself. It has to fit into structures, work in organizations and be supported by people - otherwise it remains hollow. I believe that our time needs more than just technological innovation - it needs people who take responsibility and create connections where gaps arise: between administration and technology, between society and progress, between aspiration and reality. What drives me is not the hype surrounding artificial intelligence, but the question: How can we shape technology so that it has a democratic effect - not decoupled from society, but from within it? I know the reality of political processes. And I know how new technologies work. But I prefer to work at the interfaces - where people talk about solutions together instead of complaining about systems. What is important to me: Clarity instead of buzzwords Empathy instead of elitism Structures that serve people - not the other way around What I support: Strategy consulting for digital transformation in politics, administration & business Introduction & evaluation of AI solutions with an ethical focus Moderation & workshops for change processes Development of digital participation formats Coaching for managers in digital change Interim management & process support I am not looking for perfect systems. I develop sustainable paths.
