Internal promotion to our PCC Cannon-Muskegon plant within our Special Metals (SMC) Division. Plant-level HR executive for our flagship metals site that produces vacuum melt nickel & cobalt-base alloys, air melt cobalt alloys for remelt applications, and stainless steels.I completed a systematic HR maturity assessment of the sites HR effectiveness during the 1st 30-days in my new role and created an HR SWOT analysis to determine critical HR risks and opportunities (and designed a balanced action plan to drive HR strategy for the business).In addition to developing the capabilities of the teams HR Generalist talent, I am translating people data into strategic HR initiatives that align with business priorities (driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention).
