About Christian Gordon
Christian T. Gordon is a leader of the Environmental Compliance Practice Group at Lewis Rice. He counsels clients on the environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions and on regulatory compliance. Christian has experience in real estate development, including environmental due diligence, land acquisition, construction contracts and leasing, and negotiating the environmental terms of acquisition agreements. He has managed the legal aspects of a brownfield project and several Energy Assurance Leases, dealt with federal and state agencies on compliance and enforcement issues, and handled environmental litigation on behalf of clients.Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Christian served as an attorney in the legal arm of the United States Air Force, the Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG Corps), for more than 10 years.
