Manage and oversee the hematology-oncology clinical trial portfolio with the study PI across 14 Kaiser Permanente Southern California sites spanning from Los Angeles to San Diego•Supervise and manage the oncology research team at Kaiser Permanente (San Diego) participating in 50 active clinical trials across 15 oncology disease groups including Breast, Lung, Melanoma, and Gynecologic Oncology•Lead team meetings, monitor study accrual, conduct staff training, create SOPs, support staff with prescreening/screening subjects, and develop new efforts to improve clinical trial enrollment•Engage in collaborative efforts with the Kaiser leadership team, study PI, industry sponsors, IRB, and research staff to streamline study startup, facilitate comprehensive study management, and ensure seamless program operations and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines •Collaborate with study monitors and auditors to ensure regulatory compliance and address any concerns
