Senior Programme Director – Global Solutions - delivering multi-discipline across Hyperscale and Colocation Data Centre Clients. Leading client accounts and service delivery across multiple geographies. This has included the establishment of full business entities in European countries. By leading, motivating and recruiting for these diverse programme team, Christian has designed and implemented a Programmatic, Managed Service delivery model across UK, Europe and North AmericaChristian set up and built programme teams from eight resources to circa 100 resources each, across a mix of disciplines, including Programme Mangers, PMs, Cost & Commercial Managers, Programme and Project Controls Managers, Schedulers, H&S Managers, Engineers and Designers, and Design Managers. Managing the teams alongside competing demands from a highly complex grouping of contractors and suppliers, with conflicting demand and priorities, whilst delivering work across multiple geographical locations. Operating across multiple global regions driving consistency, transparency, efficiency, and assurance. Leading the overall financial management of programmes, to meet and exceed profit and cash generation targets, Christian has developed programme risk policies and governance processes, in line with relevant policies and codes of conduct, to instill a culture of awareness and commitment.Christian brings a sense of culture and brand to the programmes he leads that is recognised both internally and externally. He manages relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies, both programme-wide and in cross-organisational working, to ensure commercial viability and customer satisfaction. Christian is known as the ‘go-to’ lead by Clients, he leads strategic negotiations with confidence and can diffuse conflict and high-tension situations with his diplomacy and clear communication style.
