Professional Chef, with over 25 years of national and international experience, in administration and teamwork in hotel management (collective food, catering, Chef in charge of research and development, for large companies in Chile and all over the world. I have enough experience in Three Michelin star in Europe,also study traditional and contemporary Japanese and South Pacific cuisine.Both my training and my work experience have been developed mainly in Europe, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia and South America. I have high standards of quality and service, planning skills, strategic and control management indicators aimed at cost control, customer service. Ability to work under pressure in post of a common goal.Christian is a renowned anthropologist specializing in Chilean cuisine and its culinary traditions. Through his work, he has researched and documented the history, influences, and culinary techniques that shape Chile\'s rich gastronomic culture.As a culinary anthropologist, delved into the study of traditional Chilean food, exploring the diversity of ingredients, typical dishes, and culinary customs from different regions of the country.
