I am an Organizational Psychology consultant, leadership trainer, data analyst with over ten years of professional experience. I specialize in employee mental health, resilience, engagement and personnel development for greater wellbeing and performance optimization. I have a breadth of experience with regards to sectors, having worked with organizations across the finance, insurance, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, mining, duty of care, advertising, media, retail and transport industries. My work focuses on enabling organizations to thrive, particularly during critical times of high pressure and change, by helping leaders, managers and employees build their own psychological toolkits. Working in close partnerships with my clients, I have designed and implemented programs to better assess, develop and engage their employees. This has in turn helped drive culture change, transform businesses, and improve performance.I am also an executive coach, trained at the NeuroLeadership Institute in brain-based coaching. This cutting-edge coaching methodology draws on the latest research in the field of neuroscience.
