ABOUT CHRISTIAN DIEPHOLZ

Christian Diepholz is an experienced Commercial real estate Broker who has deep community ties and a demonstrated history of success with clients. He brings strategic focus and vision gained from serving his clients in a variety of roles as well as being raised in a real estate family. From a young age he was immersed in all aspects of real estate due to his family’s background in real estate development, real estate law, and real estate brokerage. At the age of 17 he decided to take the North Carolina Real Estate License Course to gain a better understanding of the industry. Such experiences not only allows him to uniquely guides the clients to their real estate goals but provides them with a white glove experience. Christian\'s proven track record is a result of his ability to understand the client\'s vision while leveraging the firm\'s resources to maximize his reach. Since 2016 Christian has successfully represented sellers and buyers in a variety of asset classes, managed a new construction sales team, facilitated asset re-positioning projects, and worked on various other projects such as hotel-condo conversation, residential development implementation. portfolio optimization, and lease negotiations. These experiences set him apart from his competitors because he uses his past experiences to effectively advise his clients in every niche of the Mobile Home and RV Park Industry. The ability to work autonomously and effectively communicate with clients allows Christian to provide transparency and assurance throughout the entire acquisition and disposition process. This result-driven mindset is what brought him to the MHP Broker team and allows him to fully serve his client\'s real estate needs.
