Continued engagement across cross-functional teams as our organization matures into a medical device manufacturer. Duties have evolved to support changes in research and product development, operations, manufacturing, quality, and sales engineering. Major organization changes include implementation of design and development processes that meet the requirements of Quality System Regulation (QSR) Part 820. To include design and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS). Automated and integrated many aspects of the QSR in our ERP, NetSuite. Led technical due diligence on our acquisition of CleanSlate. Post-acquisition, created strategy to incorporate acquired products, systems, and processes into Seal Shield. Embraced and implemented a product strategy ideology founded on V2MOM, from SalesForce, into our practice to ensure organization and customer alignment on products and services.Projects and Responsibilities- Led initiative to stand up product development practices that comply with Quality System Regulation Part 820- Re-designed our ElectroClave™ solution within the new QSR to prepare for FDA 510k - Assisted with design and implementation of our quality management system- Continued integration and development within our ERP, NetSuite, to facilitate and automate many aspects of our QSR Part 820 and QMS- Implemented our Application Lifecycle Management tool Helix ALM- Oversee research team responsible for bringing our antimicrobial technologies into medical devices- Migrated our CRM functionality from NetSuite to HubSpot
