Development and implementation of a new process to align with vendors and procure equipment effectively for a streamlined and successful launchProject Management Initiatives- Leading AutoStore integration into core site, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for seamless integration- Managed full manufacturing floor reorganization at core site, relocating equipment, adding equipment and coordinating utilities- Led ~$20MM automation project from install up to system launch, coordinating numerous vendors and multiple internal teams (on hold Jul 2025)- Led ~$20MM automation project from permitting through system launch (Aug 2023), coordinating over 300 people across 35 vendors and 16 internal teams- Concurrently managed a second ~$20MM automation project through design and engineering phase (on hold Feb 2023)- Led development of the Equipment Procurement Process for HelloFresh - North America upon my own initiative.
