WorleyParsons, Various Projects | HSE Manager/Senior HSE Advisor 6/2013 – PresentDevelop project safety execution plans, review client HSE manuals, provide gap analysis and participate in project risk assessment. Perform contractor prequalification and contractor assessments and work with contractors to meet minimum pre-mobilization deliverables. Conduct HSE orientations, field assessments, safety audits and incident/accident/near miss investigations. Prepare various HSE reports.Current Project Senior HSE Advisor, Fortis BC (CTS & IP Project), Metro Vancouver, BC 2/2017 – PresentServe as Owner’s Representative. Attend weekly leads progress meetings, weekly leads/construction readiness meetings, weekly subcontractor alignment meetings and weekly prime contractor safety meetings. Monitor prime contractor incidents to ensure follow-through and close-out of action items and reporting to WorkSafeBC when required. Conduct formal/informal field inspections and quarterly audits on prime contractor. Provide the client with weekly/monthly safety reports and incident reporting. Review, enter, track and forward behaviour based observation cards to prime contractor for trending and correction action. There have been no lost-time incidents on this project.
