This program provides high visibility and involvement in strategic assignments, offering hands-on training across various internal and external operations and sales departments. I am gaining a deep understanding of company processes and contributing to the development and implementation of strategies for customer relationship management and business development. Additionally, I am enhancing my professional skills through a series of soft-skill training seminars, preparing me for a successful full-time role within the organization.
