Active engagement and education during these critical time periods increased patient access to new treatments, and helped ease provider utilization restrictions. • Project: Assisted Amgen with a national field reimbursement team expansion by interviewing, training, and mentoring new colleagues. • Project: Developed a cross-functional process with CVS specialty pharmacy operations, and the national CVS oncology field team to identify and discuss incomplete prescription authorization codes. The results were: increased patient onboarding and refills, as well as elevated healthcare provider, and manufacturer satisfaction.
