Procurement & Sales Manager for Duty Free Belize ( Central American Market ) Paradiso Duty Free ( Roatan Islas de la bahía ) West Indies Duty free ( Caribbean Market ) Sinequil Duty Free ( South American Market) •Provides purchasing expertise and support, promotes purchasing guidelines and exchange of best practices and experience among brands to develop professional purchasing.• Maintain responsibility for monitoring/creating purchase orders for appropriate vendors through the MRP system.•Confirm supplier delivery dates for purchasing and expedite orders when necessary.• Access and input revisions (e.g, quantity, ship date) in order to update MRP reports.• Support cost reduction initiatives, notably sourcing indirect materials.• Procure for a discrete group of SKUs with guidance from Supply Chain Management.• Collaborate with project managers and/or appropriate personnel to ensure everything is set up with all new codes for proper system planning, the ability to cut POs and reporting.• Provide a 12 month rolling forecast to suppliers.• Cross-train to backfill a few other select areas in Planning and/or Purchasing.
