   I partner with Service, and Implementation, and Product teams to ensure that client and ADP requests are fulfilled with both quality and efficiency. I also act as a liaison between other ADP products and divisions and our Health Care Reform Product and Team, serving as an advocate for internal clients.Another important aspect of my job is identifying and implementing operational efficiencies. I achieve this by collaborating with teams to streamline and automate processes, reduce redundancies, and eliminate unnecessary steps. Additionally, I possess strong and constantly developing data analysis skills, including expertise in SQL & PL/SQL and understanding of logical schemas and data.As a liaison to the Service and Implementation teams, I participate in the entire product request lifecycle. This includes submitting, prioritizing, and coordinating requests, as well as testing and providing signoff before and after release. I remain up-to-date on any changes that may impact the ACA product as a whole and actively contribute to developing, refining, and supporting Operations processes, compliance, and quality management requirements. Finally, I also apply my knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws to my job responsibilities and ensure that the Company\'s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is upheld.
