Played a key role in supporting, documenting, and dedicating over 100 hours to the successful rebranded launch of the Enterprise Attachments application to the AWS database, transitioning from a legacy OnPrem system. This shift-left initiative expanded my expertise in AWS databases and processes. • Achieved a seamless application launch to AWS with minimal defects, a major milestone for the team and my role as a Quality Engineer. • Serve as an advisor to the Digital Correspondence team, providing onshore support in QA and production environments, with a focus on manual testing.Enterprise Attachments Responsibilities: • Lead production support efforts, including monthly major release regression testing of ~300 test cases (majority manual with some automation) spanning backend and UI components. • Collaborate with developers on code changes in Git, reviewing and planning additional testing as needed for new features or defect fixes. Analyze defects to identify and address gaps in regression coverage or testing methods. • Provide on-call support as requested by the product owner or supervisor.Additional Responsibilities: • Create and manage defect tickets, ensuring appropriate severity levels are raised to the team and product owner. • Troubleshoot and test using Insomnia, leveraging internal and external APIs across products utilizing the attachments framework. • Maintain and enhance automated tests running in Jenkins using Cucumber. • Uphold HIPAA policies and security standards by ensuring PHI is protected and disclosed appropriately. • Document and report testing efforts in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
