Further Education | Head of Faculty - Adult Skills, ESOL & Digital Learning I am dedicated to leading high-quality, inclusive learning experiences that empower adults and young people to realise their full potential. As Head of Faculty for Adult Skills, ESOL and Digital Learning, I oversee the strategic development of a curriculum that is innovative, future-focused, and responsive to both local and national skills priorities, employer needs, and the rapidly evolving digital landscape.With a career spanning 14 years in FE with roles from in-class support to lecturer, Lead IQA, and Assistant Head of Faculty, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the diverse challenges learners face and the creative strategies required to help them succeed. I am particularly passionate about designing accessible, career-driven learning pathways that break down barriers, support SEND and ESOL learners, and promote lifelong learning and progression.I take pride in fostering collaboration across educators, employers, and stakeholders to strengthen curriculum delivery, embed digital innovation, and champion a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and aspiration. Alongside this, I have extensive experience in quality improvement, funding management, and staff development, ensuring that every learner’s experience is engaging, impactful, and transformative.
